It's never too late to learn and this site provides courses on a range of subjects and languages free of charge. Once you've completed your online course, you can even request a certificate.

 

Public library services are now available online and free of charge for three months

The digital services of the Verbund der Öffentlichen Bibliotheken Berlins (VÖBB / Association of Berlin Public Libraries) are now free of charge for the next 3 months. The VÖBB currently offers e-books, film and music streaming, encyclopaedias, databases and a wide range of e-learning materials. Further materials are regularly being added to the collection.
