#SafetyFirst

Dear FEZ Guests,
The health of our staff and our guests is of paramount importance. For that reason, we need your help.

Our regulations are based on current guidance from the Berlin Senate. We are doing our best to avoid short-term changes. Nevertheless, some of the regulations are prone to change at short notice. Therefore we ask you consult our website to check the general hygiene regulations and any specific hygiene regulations that are in place for certain events.

Everyone who enters the FEZ must have proof of their 3G status - that you are fully vaccinated, have a negative test or are recently recovered. Help us to do our bit in the fight against Covid-19.

The FEZ will provide test kits until 24th October 2021

NEW!
In the autumn holidays:
Pupils who are neither fully vaccinated nor recently recovered will require a negative test to enter the FEZ.
Testing is possible at the FEZ from 12th to 24th October.
Tues - Fri from 9am to 4pm and Sat/Sun from 11am to 5pm.

Cost per test:
for school pupils: free of charge
for adults: €5.00 per test

Youth groups (Hort) and school groups should ensure every pupil/member has already been tested at the school or youth group.

Hygiene Regulations In The FEZ:

  • Wear a mask at all times when inside the FEZ. A medical mask is necessary. This is required for everyone over the age of 6 years.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to grant entry to people who are exempt from wearing a mask on medical grounds, as there is too great a risk of Covid-19 transmission during our large events.
  • Adhere to social distancing - keep 1.5 metres apart and pay attention to the markings.
  • Be aware that some doors are only entrances or exits.
  • Avoid congregating in larger groups. If you find yourself in a large group, please move away and keep your distance.
  • Use all of the rooms in the FEZ when attending an event. Our staff can provide guidance about what's happening and where.
  • Avoid hugs and shaking hands.
  • Cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm.
  • Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly. Use the hand sanitiser stations at the entrance and toilets.
  • If you display symptoms such as a cough, a sore throat, fever or breathing issues, please stay home.
  • We are required to collect your data in case where there is a Covid-19 case. Please download the Luca or Corona apps if possible, sou we only need to scan your QR code. If this isn't possible, we also have contact forms at the entrance.
  • Try and buy tickets online in our Ticket Shop. Many of our events require this.

Thank you for understanding. We hope you enjoy your visit to the FEZ.
